After exiting customs/security, please visit this link and inform the staff that you have arrived and would like to request a shuttle.

For customers arriving at the International Terminal, please take the free bus provided by Fukuoka Airport to the Domestic Terminal.

After arriving at the Domestic Terminal, please proceed to the South Arrival Area. The pick-up location is approximately 50 meters south (on the right side as you face away from the airport).

It may take 10–15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Additionally, the distance from the pick-up point to our store is approximately a 5-minute walk. If you are in a hurry, walking may be faster. We appreciate your understanding.

For those who do not mind a little exercise, the Fukuoka rental car shop is located within walking distance of the domestic terminal. Begin by exiting Terminal 1, 2, or 3.

To the right of terminal three is a small crosswalk. Take that and head towards the main road.

Cross the main road and take a right.

You should see the NICONICO Rent a Car shop logo straight ahead.
